Snackbar in IJsselstein afgebrand
In de nieuwjaarsnacht van 31 december op 1 januari veroorzaakte een vuurwerkbom schade aan de rolluiken van de zaak. Hierdoor kon eigenaar Canbolat op nieuwjaarsdag niet open. Op zaterdag 2 januari werd hij rond 2:00 uur ’s nachts uit zijn bed gebeld door de politie. Zijn snackbar stond in brand en de rolluiken konden niet worden geopend.
Canbolat hoopt dat hij op camerabeelden terug kan zien wie de daders zijn. Buurtbewoners denken dat het om vandalisme gaat omdat er ook een aantal prullenbakken in de straat zijn gesneuveld. Eerder heeft hij, samen met de eigenaar van de Jumbo, geklaagd over de hangjongeren.
